These terms apply to all users of the play4ace platform including visitors, registered members, and anyone using our services via website or mobile app. play4ace reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years old, or meet the legal age requirement in their area, to use play4ace services. play4ace reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Account Creation & Security Responsibility
Account Registration
To fully use play4ace services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is allowed only one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates these terms and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
Play4ace reserves the sole discretion to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Please use a strong password and do not share your account information with anyone. play4ace will never ask for your password via email or other channels.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please contact the play4ace support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a play4ace user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any actions that could harm other users or the system’s integrity.
- Manipulating the system or games
- Use of automated software (bots)
- Sharing your account with others
- Registering with false information
- Updating personal information
- Use approved payment methods
- Report technical issues
- Adhere to betting limits set
- Account will be suspended immediately
- Balances may be forfeited if fraud is proven
- Legal action may be taken
- No appeals for clear fraud cases
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the play4ace platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users can deposit using supported local payment methods including FPX online banking, e-wallets, and other channels shown during deposit.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the time frame specified by the system. play4ace is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. All completed payments are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
For withdrawals, users must ensure their registered bank account details are accurate and in their name. play4ace reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals of certain amounts or in suspicious cases. Processing time depends on the chosen method and may take up to three business days.
Any attempt to bypass established payment procedures, including using someone else’s card or account, may result in immediate account freezing.
Transaction Policy
- Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted directly.
- Deposit time: Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes depending on the payment method.
- Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the account and withdrawal method selected.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for large amounts.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Play4ace provides this platform "as is" without any warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for particular purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, play4ace is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
Including but not limited to: service interruptions, technical failures, cyberattacks, data loss, or any actions by third parties affecting platform operation. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and networks have adequate protection.
Account Suspension & Closure
Play4ace reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of Terms violations, fraud, or misuse of the platform causing harm to others. Users will be notified by registered email upon suspension, except in cases requiring immediate action.
Users whose accounts are closed due to serious violations are not entitled to any compensation or refunds related to problematic activities.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the play4ace platform, including logos, design, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and audio-visual materials, are the exclusive property of play4ace or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from play4ace.
Using the play4ace logo or brand name in any marketing, advertising, or public materials without permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The play4ace platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. play4ace has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties and is not responsible for them. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and conditions. We encourage you to read those terms before using their services.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Play4ace reserves the right to change, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time due to operational needs, legal changes, or platform developments. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with the most recent update date noted at the top.
We will try to notify users of significant changes via in-platform alerts or registered email. However, it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of play4ace after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the play4ace platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision will be modified as necessary to be enforceable, or if not possible, severed from the Terms, with remaining provisions continuing in full force.
